Bulgarian and Dutch joint project to develop tourism in Kardzhali

A group of experts from Holland together with the municipality of Kardzhali presented a joint a project in the field of tourism. The project will create a tourist product, a trademark, especially for the region of Kardzhali as valuable experience, knowhow and the best practices will be exchanged between Bulgarian and the Netherlands. The program will be fulfilled under the operational program Regional development 2007-2013 which is funded by EU. Experts from the Netherlands will show specific techniques and models for the proper presentation of natural resources and cultural and historical opulence of some municipalities. The aim of the project is to develop tourism in Bulgaria through the shared experience and knowledge in the field. Dutch experts expect from the teamwork many challenges which might be put into practice for the development of economic impetus of the tourism.
